Shipping Info

We ship our freeze-dried candy and handcrafted toffee from beautiful Denver, Colorado, to candy lovers all across the U.S. Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days, and you’ll get a tracking number as soon as your goodies are on the move.

A few things to note:

  • We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and the weather.
  • We’re not responsible for shipping delays or issues due to carrier errors or incorrect addresses.
  • Warm weather can affect delicate treats — especially toffee. We offer an insulated packing option to help protect your order from the heat. You can add it during checkout for extra peace of mind.

Returns & Sweet Satisfaction

Because our products are perishable, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges.

However, if something’s wrong with your order—damaged packaging, missing items, or anything else—please email us at info@kbcandies.com within 5 days of delivery. Include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • A photo or two if possible

We’ll make it right with a replacement or store credit.

Cancellations

Need to cancel? No problem—if you contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, your order may already be packed and ready to ship.

To request a cancellation, email info@kbcandies.com with your order number.
